Unfortunately, we are unable to show the finished product online other than the samples you see on our site. We do offer an Email Version for $6.95 if you would like to see a full text version before buying. If you decide to buy after that, the $6.95 will be applied to your order. Learn More... Can I see the meaning of a name before I purchase? Yes, of course. We request that you check our "Popular Names" list first before making your request. If the name you are looking for is not on the list you can email your request to our office. We will respond as quickly as possible. There is NO CHARGE for this information I requested a name meaning and never received a response? We receive hundreds of requests each day, many without a valid return email address. We need a correct email address in order to return your request. Can I have a first and middle name printed on my keepsake? Yes, but the keepsake will reflect the meaning of the first name only. Can I have the names of two people (couples, twins, siblings) printed on a keepsake print? Yes, but please keep in mind the text on the dual name print will be much smaller than a standard one name print. Please seperate the names with a comma so we know this is what you want. How can I order the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" Special? In order to get a FREE print you MUST order from the "Specials Page". If you place your order on any other page, the FREE print offer will not be honored. Can I have my own poetry printed on one of the keepsake print backgrounds? Yes. We offer this option when ordering. Please select the "I will email my own poetry" option and email the poem to our office.There is no extra cost for this custom service. Can I have my Keepsake Print matted? We currently offer two options. You can select either print only or a print and encased 11x14 double matboard. The encased matboard is an 11x14, custom cut, double matboard with an attached backing. We seal the print inside the matboard and this becomes a presentable frame in itself. You can then purchase your own 11x14 frame to add our matboards to. Can I pay by Check or Money Order? We do accept money orders but do not except personal checks. To order with a money order please follow these instructions: Order online as if you were going to pay by credit card. Print the order screen with all the details of your order, ship to information and total amount due. Custom Made Products and Returns If you have any questions regarding your order or if you need information about our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. Many of our products are custom made, personalized items made specifically for you. We have taken great care in providing accurate, detailed online images of our products so you can see exactly what you are purchasing. All items are non-returnable. If there is a legitimate problem regarding quality, we will correct the problem. If we made a mistake it will be corrected at our expense. If a return for one of the above reasons is necessary, we do require you to contact us first to inform us that something is being returned. Authorized returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. We will issue a Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of the returned package. The item must be returned in unused, undamaged condition. We will not credit a returned item unless it has the required RA # on it. This is for your protection as well as ours. All jewelry, including rings, pendants, cameos and bracelets are non-returnable, no exceptions. If there is an error with your purchase you must contact our office by phone to report the error so me may correct it. After 5 days we will assume that all is correct with your order. My matboard frame was damaged when I received it. What should I do? We will replace your damaged item immediately but you must keep the box, packing material and damaged items until a Shipping Representative can inspect the package. If any of these items are discarded, we can not replace the damaged ones. We do request that any damages be reported within 24 hrs. of delivery. I received my order and it was incorrect. What now? If we made a mistake, we will correct it immediately. We do request that the incorrect item be returned and we will reimburse the return shipping. If you made a mistake, we will send you a copy of your original order to show you the problem. We are not responsible for replacement of items that were incorrectly ordered. Shipping Options We offer FREE shipping on all our orders. Prints are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail which takes 7-10 days in most areas, longer during holidays (Please order early). We ship Matted only prints via UPS Ground Service which takes 2-5 business days. If your keepsake is needed quickly, we do offer UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Service. Is there International Shipping or APO Delivery? You can not place an order online for international shipping at this time. We will ship prints only to APO addresses. Please keep in mind shipping to APO addresses takes longer with no guarantee for a delivery in a specified amount of time. This is beyond our control. Matboards are shipped via UPS ONLY so we can not ship matboards to APO addresses because UPS will not delivery to APO addresses.
