We do require that you order online so you have a detailed, accurate copy of what you ordered. This elimanates any errors on our part or yours if taken over the phone.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCT POLICY
All of our products are custom made, personalized items made specifically for you. We have taken great care in providing accurate, detailed online images and descriptions of our products so you can see exactly what you are purchasing before you place your order. All items online are non-returnable. If there is a legitimate problem regarding quality or damage, we will correct the problem. If we made a mistake, it will be corrected at our expense. If an approved return is necessary, we do require you to contact us first to make return arrangements. Authorized returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee, no exceptions. The item must be returned in unused, undamaged condition. All jewelry, including rings, pendants, and bracelets are non-returnable. If there is an error with your purchase you must contact our office by phone to report the error so we can correct it. Errors must be reported by phone within 24 hours of receipt or we will assume that all is correct with your order.

SHIPPING INFO. AND RATES
All items on our website are shipped for FREE. We ship "keepsake prints" via USPS 1st Class Mail which takes about 7-10 days. Matted keepsakes ship via UPS Ground Service. This normally takes 2-6 days. All jewelry is shipped via UPS Ground Service. If a rush delivery is needed, priority or UPS overnite is available by request. Please call our office at 800-597-6499 to discuss additional shipping options and charges.

International orders are currently not available.

We will ship prints only to APO addresses. Please keep in mind shipping to an APO address takes much longer with no guarantee for a delivery in a specified amount of time. Matboards are shipped via UPS ONLY. We can not ship matboards with prints to APO addresses because UPS will not delivery to an APO address. Jewelry can not be shipped to APO addresses.

SALES TAX
NY Residents - 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.
